Nano Kitchen Garden

The Hubs sends me links every day to my email inbox. They are usually from those websites that focus on the obscure and weird and usually tend toward the sci-fi end of the spectrum.

Occasionally, they are actually interesting ideas, based in reality.

Behold, the Kitchen Nano Garden:

It is apparently the kitchen gadget of all kitchen gadgets. A fully self contained kitchen sized greenhouse, with full spectrum lighting and built in hydroponics.  If I lived in a uber-urban city like Tokyo or London or New York, I could see how this gadget would appeal to me.

But for now, I prefer to get my hands dirty in the dirt, outside my house, under the actual sun surrounded by chickens.
